With our parts and pieces cut, and held together with clamps, we started stitching them together. To do this we drilled holes as needed, closer together in areas where the plywood needed to bend more. We did a rounded chine which required cutting the plywood into 1″ strips.

The skiff that we chose to build is the LM18 (Laguna Madre Skiff 18) from Boat Builder Central. We opted to not do the precision pre-cut plywood kit.
